Tydens die mondelinge voorleggings voor die Parlementêre Hersieningskomitee oor moontlike wysigings aan die Grondwet vir doeleindes van grondonteiening 4 – 7 September 2018, het die volgende instansie en persone teen wysiging van die Grondwet gepraat:
